1 Introduction:
The 100kN electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing machine adopts mature dynamic electro-hydraulic servo testing technology and is designed with unitized, standardized and modular design methods, which greatly improves the stability and reliability of the system. The key units and components of the system are all used today. Manufactured by international advanced technology, the overall performance of the entire test system is comparable to that of an internationally renowned dynamic testing machine company. The 100kN electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing machine is mainly used for dynamic fatigue testing of metal materials and structural parts. It can also complete static mechanical performance tests. It is an ideal equipment for universities, scientific research institutes, and enterprises to conduct material research.



2 Program description:
The testing machine is mainly composed of a host machine (lower servo linear actuator NCA100), a constant pressure servo pump station, a German DOLI single-channel servo controller EDC580, related test software, hydraulic chucks, and other necessary accessories.  
Main technical performance indicators:
3.1 Maximum static test force: ± 100kN, indicating accuracy error is not greater than ± 1%.
3.2 Maximum dynamic test force: ± 100kN.
3.3 The maximum amplitude of the actuator: ± 75mm, the accuracy error is not greater than ± 0.5% FS.
3.5 Function generator frequency: 0.01-200Hz, test frequency range: 0.01-50Hz.
3.6 Main test waveforms: sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, ramp wave, combined wave, etc.
3.7 Control mode: Full-automatic displacement, load and deformation control.
3.8 Maximum test space (from the lower end of the load sensor to the working platform): not less than 1200mm, and not less than 750mm including the hydraulic forced chuck.
3.9 Net distance between two columns: 530mm.
