1. Introduction

This automatic transmission trainer is a physical dynamic demonstration teaching aid developed by our company for automobile teaching. It has the functions of live demonstration of automatic transmission operation, fault setting, dynamic detection, simulation control, etc.
This test bench adopts electronically controlled four-speed front-wheel drive automatic transmission, and the input end is driven by a speed regulating motor. A movable stand is used to support the automatic transmission and motor, and it is equipped with an automatic transmission control ECU and a shifting device. The panel is equipped with an electronic control system schematic. The operating console is equipped with a speed adjustment knob, an ignition switch, and an operating control device.

3. Equipment Installation Method

1. Open the packaging box and remove the plastic protective film.
2. Install the frame wheels. Note that the two universal wheels should be installed on one side of the operating table.
3. Connect 220V AC and 380V AC.
4. Check whether the wires are loose.
5. The power cord of this equipment is divided into three-phase four-wire (380v) and 220v. The three live wires on the power plug are 380V. The other is the neutral wire (note: the ground wire on the three-phase power socket in the laboratory is changed to the neutral wire); the equipment casing should be reliably grounded when in use.
Note: When connecting the power supply, pay attention to the rotation direction of the gearbox torque converter. It should be clockwise when viewed from the front of the gearbox facing the coupler. Otherwise, the motor rotation direction can be adjusted by changing the position of any two live wires.
6. Add 5-7 liters of ATF oil to the gearbox. (Filled at the factory)

5. Fault Setting

This machine has 7 faults to choose from. The fault setting operation is realized through the fault setting switch behind the machine head, which is convenient for teaching and assessment. Fault Operation
