The experiment consists of four parts: Power box, controlled object, control instrument and hanging box module Power box provide all kinds of power supply for the system, and provide 0-10V and 4-20mA signal; controlled Object are mainly composed of DC diaphragm pumps, DC heating tube, mixing machine, etc; control instruments are composed of some sensor: Temperature sensor , pressure sensor, flow rate sensor: Hanging box module are composed of certain units of Drive circuit unit, PLC and I/O module unit, the button lamp units, etc System power branch divided into two road: one road consists of certain parts: 24 v DC drive pump, electric regulator, DC electromagnetic valve, flow meter and manual control valve; the other road consists of certain parts of DC motor not go by the regulator, but directly go by manual valve to the tank.
