1. Product Introduction

Learn how the air conditioner operates normally:
The refrigerant absorbs heat when it vaporizes in the evaporator and releases heat when it liquefies in the condenser. The heat in the car is continuously transferred to the outside of the car through the refrigeration cycle, thereby reducing the temperature in the car, and the cooled air is blown into the car through the blower to achieve air conditioning in the car.
1. Compression process: The compressor compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, increasing its pressure and temperature to prepare for the subsequent condensation and liquefaction process.
2. Condensation process: The high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the condenser. In the condenser, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the outside air through the heat sink, dissipates heat to the air outside the car, and gradually cools itself and liquefies into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant.
3. Throttling process: The high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant is throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve, and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant, and enters the evaporator.
4. Evaporation process: The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant vaporizes in the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the air around the evaporator, reduces the air temperature, and forms cold wind. At the same time, the refrigerant vaporizes into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which is sucked into the compressor and starts a new cycle.
5. Air circulation: The blower draws the air in the car into the air conditioning system, cools it through the evaporator, and then blows it back into the car to achieve circulating cooling of the air in the car. In addition, the air conditioning system can also control the air flow to different air outlets by adjusting the damper in the air duct to achieve temperature regulation of different areas in the car.
