1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Description
The residential central air conditioning training and assessment device is suitable for practical training in refrigeration technology, refrigeration fluid machinery, household refrigeration equipment principles and maintenance, refrigeration and freezing technology, and refrigeration equipment maintenance (elementary, intermediate, and advanced) at vocational colleges and universities. It cultivates skilled, applied professionals who master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of air conditioning and refrigeration technology and are capable of engaging in the technical upgrades, retrofit design, installation and commissioning, maintenance, inspection, and technical management of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems.
1.2 Product Features
1. The system utilizes a one-to-nine unit equipped with nine different types of indoor units, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of central air conditioning. The variable-frequency compressor has an adjustable range of 48% to 104% of its rated capacity. Energy regulation must take into account the time required for compressor frequency adjustment. Due to the dynamic characteristics of variable-frequency compressors, energy consumption must be below a certain speed during adjustment. Therefore, adjustment is performed step by step. The compressor motor speed varies proportionally to the indoor air conditioning load. 2. Diverse System Terminal Processors: Nine different terminal processor types, including ceiling-mounted (embedded), wall-mounted, and fan-coil units, are used to help students understand the diverse structural forms of indoor units.
Each terminal processor is equipped with a cooling system flow plate, a control circuit flow plate, a temperature gauge, and a pressure gauge, allowing visibility into all control circuits within the unit.
3. System Integrity and Independence: The control, protection, and display functions are identical to those of actual residential central air conditioners, allowing each user terminal to be independently controlled under the same operating conditions.
The control console is ready for operation with a 380V AC power supply, occupying a small footprint, saving space and reducing capital investment.
4. The device intuitively demonstrates the system structure and operating principles of residential central air conditioners, facilitating demonstrations for teachers and students' understanding and mastery of textbook knowledge. Rational Structure and Attractive Design: The device boasts a compact and attractive design, and is equipped with universal wheels and a fixed adjustment mechanism for easy movement and fixation.
The training system features a simulated fault setting function, allowing for faults in both the cooling and electrical systems. By using concrete phenomena, students' analytical skills are enhanced, linking theory with practice, and cultivating practical skills.
5. Equipped with a current-type leakage protection device. When the ground leakage current exceeds a certain value, the circuit breaker trips and cuts off the power supply. A thermal protection device is also provided to prevent the compressor from overheating and overloading.
