1. Product overview
This training device is used to study refrigeration compression cycle and heat pump system. By using different throttling devices to observe the characteristics of the equipment under the conditions of cooling and heating, and connecting the refrigerant circulation routes of different throttling devices, the research is carried out.
2. Equipment features
The training platform adopts an aluminum profile chassis frame structure, which is simple and firm in structure. It reduces the overall weight of the equipment while ensuring the overall strength of the equipment. There are 4 universal wheels installed at the bottom, which can be easily moved.
The refrigeration cycle pipeline is laid on the equipment installation board, and the high and low temperature areas are painted with different colors for easy observation and distinction.
The equipment has a good security protection system. The compressor is equipped with a start-up protector, which can immediately stop the compressor when the system pressure is abnormal to protect the compressor and system safety;
The electrical control is installed in the control box with leakage protection switch, emergency stop button and reliable grounding protection measures to ensure equipment and personal safety.
