1.1 Product Description
This equipment is a photovoltaic power generation teaching and training system designed for school students. It simulates the real photovoltaic power generation process through a modular structure, integrating power generation, energy storage, inversion, load control and data monitoring functions. The equipment is based on an aluminum alloy frame and is equipped with four universal wheels for easy mobility. The spacious desktop supports multi-scenario experimental operations and supports remote monitoring functions to meet the dual needs of theoretical teaching and practical operations.
The equipment takes "theoretical visualization and practical operation" as its core. Through real photovoltaic power generation process simulation, rich monitoring data and flexible module combination, it helps students master the working principle of new energy power generation system, equipment debugging and troubleshooting skills. 1. Photovoltaic power generation simulation
The photovoltaic panel generates direct current after receiving light, and realizes maximum power point tracking through the MPPT solar controller (12/24V, 30A) to optimize energy conversion efficiency.
Supports dual-channel output of "photovoltaic 1" and "photovoltaic 2", and can compare power generation performance under different lighting conditions.
2. Multi-parameter data monitoring
Measurement module: equipped with AC/DC voltmeter, ammeter (such as AC250V/5A, DC50V/10A), mechanical AC meter displays power generation data in real time.
Power box monitoring unit: integrated DC voltmeter (30V), ammeter (10A), intuitive feedback battery charging and discharging status.
3. Inversion and load control
Inverter module: converts 12V DC power of the battery into AC230V/50Hz AC power, supporting continuous 600W, peak 1200W load drive.
Load module: contains AC/DC LED bulbs (AC220V/5W, DC12V/5W), verifying the load operation status under different power supply modes.
Portable load expansion: connect external devices through AC220V socket to expand experimental scenarios.
4. Energy storage and safety protection
Battery unit: stores photovoltaic power and supports off-grid power supply experiments.
Circuit breaker + emergency stop switch: dual circuit protection mechanism, quickly cut off the power supply in an emergency.
Fuse graded protection (5A/10A/20A): Adapt to the overcurrent protection requirements of different modules.
5. Experimental expansion and debugging
Connect each module through 4mm safety electrical cable (red/black/yellow/blue/dual color) to flexibly build the circuit; handheld light sensor assists in analyzing the relationship between light intensity and power generation efficiency.
